Beautiful calm day fishing on the Gulf of Mexico. We focused on the rigs close to shore targeting sheepshead. The fish were suspended way up in the water column so we decided the best approach would be to free line small pieces of live shrimp along side the pilings. The fish did not disappoint, numerous sheepshead, red snapper, spade fish and blue fish kept the anglers busy the entire trip! The sheepshead bite will on get better through the end of March.
